PC Crafts turned a hobby into a small craft business, and we love what we do!!
Our story - PC Crafts
We are a small, family run business that has turned a hobby into a new venture. We established in late 2019 and are enjoying showcasing our hand made stained glass decorations. We pride ourselves on the design and crafting of individual items that are unique. Each piece can also make a thoughtful and beautiful gift for a friend or loved one.
The idea for our small business was born when we realised that so many people were interested in the glass items we were making as a hobby. We have given many gifts, which have been loved by the recipients and we had run out of people to give our creations to, so we wanted to share our products with the wider community!

Delivery Information, Terms and Conditions & Right of Withdrawal
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 days of order and receiving payment.
DELIVERY
We use Royal Mail for delivery of the items you have ordered. So postage and packing will need to be in line with Royal Mail charges. We will offer free delivery if order totals £35 or more. We aim to post all orders within 5 days of receiving your order and payment. If we have been very busy and your item needs to be crafted to fulfil your order - we will communicate with you throughout and keep you updated about the dispatch date.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Together with our privacy policy, they govern our relationship with you
in relation to the use of the website and our provision of a service to you, as the customer. Using or accessing this website indicates your acceptance of PC Crafts terms and conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are written and maintained by PC Crafts who reserve the right to update terms and conditions as required.
PRICES AND VAT
PC Crafts Ltd reserves the right to amend prices at any time in line with the cost of materials or postage, and can make
corrections as necessary. Prices are shown inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All goods are subject to availability - while all efforts are made to ensure that the stock levels are correct on the website,
in busy periods this may be an estimate only. If stocks do fall below then PC Crafts will contact the customer and inform
them of a dispatch date if the item has to be personally made to fulfil the order.
DESCRIPTION OF GOODS
PC Crafts Ltd take every care to describe and illustrate the products as accurately as possible. As noted in each item
description, the colours of glass can be very individual so actual colours of finished pieces may vary slightly.
CANCELLING AN ORDER OR PROCESSING A RETURN - this is your Right of Withdrawal
CANCELLED ORDERS
You have the right to cancel your order at any time prior to your goods being dispatched.
Under the Consumer Contract Regulations 2014, you have up until 14 days after payment to cancel an order. You can
cancel your order prior to processing for shipment and we will refund the full cost of the order, including any shipping
costs if prior to dispatch. So that you are aware of the dispatch - you will be notified via email.
However, we aim to process orders of ready made items as quickly and efficiently as possible (often this is within 24 - 48 hours)- so we cannot guarantee that you will be able to cancel an order before it has been processed for shipment. So we
advise that you call our Customer Services immediately on 07762025681 or 07787421247 or email admin@pccrafts.co.uk to notify us of a cancellation request.
Orders that have been dispatched can still be cancelled. If the order has been dispatched, then the cost of the delivery
will be deducted from and offset against the refund. The customer will also be responsible for return postage. If you arrange return of a cancelled order (at your own cost for postage) ,upon receipt of items, we will refund you in full
- however you will be responsible for the original postage costs.
All returns made, due to a change of mind, must be in its original undamaged packaging, ready for re sale.
Unfortunately we are unable to give a refund on special orders that may have been made to meet personal requests or
commissioned pieces that would be hard to resell.
When returning products please include your name, and customer order number with the items – this information must
be shown on the outside of the package.

We recommend any returns are made, using a trackable shipping service, as no responsibility will be held by PC Crafts
if your return does not make its way safely back to us.
Once the full order has been received back in its original packaging and unopened, we will then issue a full refund.
