The hand made stained glass turtle is made from coloured glass, using the copper foil technique ( similar to the Tiffany light shades)

Each turtle is unique and please note the glass we source may differ slightly in design/pattern/markings/ shade for each piece. Each item has the glass selected, cut, prepared then foiled and soldered. Each turtleis finally cleaned and polished ready for sending to you.

The dimensions of the glass turtle (as displayed) are 12 cm x 12 cm at the widest points. The eyes are hand painted using glass paints.

Each item comes with jute string for hanging, if you wish we can change the jute for ribbon (please let us know in the notes section of your order if you would prefer ribbon)

These are very cute - we have had lots of lovely feedback at craft fairs so decided to add to our online range. They will make a unique gift for those turtle enthusiasts - either yourself or friends & family members.
