POT STICK DECORATIONS - Poppy

This hand made, stained glass pot decoration poppy is available in 2 variations - either as a 2 petal poppy or a 4 petal poppy.

The poppy is made from individually selected glass. It has been made using the copper foil technique (similar to the Tiffany light shades) Each poppy is unique as all glass may differ slightly in colour and design/pattern/ shade for each piece. Each item has the glass selected, cut and then foiled and soldered. Your pot decoration is finally cleaned and polished ready for sending to you.

The dimensions of the pot stick poppy (as displayed) are

2 petal poppy approx 6cm x 4cm on a 24cm stick.

4 petal poppy is approx 5.5 x 5.5 cm

The red poppy is seen as a symbol of remembrance of loved ones lost and also as a recognition of those lost in action.

These are striking and will make a lovely gift for friends and family They have a heat sealed stick so can be used in pots and they can be added to a bouquet as an extra special touch that lasts forever. You can even make a bouquet of poppies as an ever lasting gift.
