This hand made stained glass hippo is made from personally selected glass and has been lovingly made using the copper foil technique ( similar to the Tiffany light shades)

Each hippo is individually crafted, and the glass may differ slightly in shade & markings on each piece. Each item has the glass selected, cut, prepared and then foiled and soldered. Your hippo is finally cleaned and polished ready for sending to you.

The dimensions of the hippo (as displayed) are approx 8 cm wide by 9.5 cm tall at the widest parts. All features are hand painted with glass paint.

Each glass item comes with jute string for hanging, if you wish we can change the jute for ribbon (please let us know in the notes section of your order if you would prefer ribbon)
